Starry Night Ranch Terms and Conditions

Check-in/out policy: Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm.  We can only accommodate an early check-in if it has been prearranged via email or phone prior to the check-in day. Check-out time is 11am (10am if you are a guest of the Cowboy Cabin with a dog).  We will hold your reservation until 8pm unless otherwise notified; late arrivals can be arranged with prior notice.

Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason we require at least 7 days of advanced notice. We will refund your deposit less a service charge of 10%. Cancellations made within the 7 day period will be charged the deposit amount. We are a small inn and cancellations affect us dramatically. If you have any concerns about possibly having to cancel, we recommend inexpensive trip cancellation insurance.

Deposit Policy: To guarantee your reservation a deposit of one-night stay is required for a stay of two or more nights. A 100% deposit is also required for one-night stays. The balance due at checkout may be paid by cash or credit card.

Smoking Policy: We have a no smoking policy. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be asked to check out immediately and a $250 charge will be assessed to the credit card on file. This amount is to cover the cleaning charges incurred in rendering the room smoke free for subsequent guests.

Acceptable Payment Options: Reservations must be held with a valid credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard). The balance may be paid with either a valid credit card, traveler's checks or cash.

Pets Policy: Dogs are allowed in the Cowboy Cabin (maximum of 2 dogs). As with all public places, please pick up after your dog immediately so others may enjoy the beautiful grounds. There is a $25 per stay non refundable cleaning fee for guests who stay in our cabin with a dog. We have a resident dog and cat. 

Children: Families are welcome in our lodge and in the Cowboy Cabin.  Please be aware, however, that Anasazi Room has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and the Mesa Verde Room a maximum of 4 guests. Please contact management with any questions.
